By purchasing any course from Fuzion Institute, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Courses

Instructor-Led Training:

• Refund Requests: You can request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the course. To qualify for a refund, you must not have logged into the e-learning portal, attended any online classes, or received course recordings.
• Refund Requests After 7 Days: Unfortunately, we cannot process any refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Discounted Courses: If you have purchased a course with a discount or promotional offer, refunds will not be provided. However, you may choose to switch to a different course.
• Rescheduled Batches: If you reschedule your batch, no refund will be issued, but you can opt for another available batch.
• Part Payments: If you have paid in installments or made a token payment to reserve your seat, no refund will be provided. You may, however, be able to switch to a different course or batch.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email Us: Send your refund request to support@fuzioninstitute.com.
2. Include Key Details: Your email should include:
   • Proof of payment
   • The course details
   • A brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund

Duplicate Payments:

If you’ve made a duplicate payment, we will process the refund through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within 10 working days after receiving your refund request.
